Search of Soul ...

"Only if you do as I say, you would get my love".... She was looking at his lips moving and telling these unbelievable words to her... she had not come to buy the love, she came to know if he still loves her and wants her in his life. Might be answers were given to her but she couldn't understand this shade of love and looked confused. Transactional relations where every action becomes the transaction of emotions. In different stages of life we all see the different shades of love , sometimes these shades are brighter, soothing and sometimes these shades are unbearable , cold dark. We all know what to do when we are experiencing the lighter-brighter shades of love but why don't we know what to do when we experience these darker shades of love ?

What comes first in the mind when we hear the word “FASTING” … is that we have to spend the day without having food?   Or stay hungry all day? WHY? Have you ever thought why fasting has to be done and what’s it sole purpose? Have you ever questioned what fasting really means and why/How it has to be done? Maybe you never questioned OR Maybe you questioned but never got an answer. Here is my story …….. How I started questioning and how I found some of the answers. Everyday a man used to go to the temple in the morning and while praying to God he would complain that around him why there is so much of poverty and why so much of suffering? After a several days of complaining prayers, finally God appeared in front of him and asked him to show the poverty and suffering. He took God along with him and went to the streets where beggars and poor sick people were sitting. He showed the first sick poor person to God and said... “Why is he suffering this much, why don’t you heal him? “ God smiled and dint says anything. He showed other person who was sick because of hunger to God and said.. “Why don’t you give enough food these people?” God smiled and dint says anything. He went on showing the sufferer and poor people to God and asked several questions. In reply God only smiled. I never liked my B’day until I reached mid age when usually people don’t care about this day. If I ask what’s special today, what’s the plan then usual reply is… “Hey I am old now… It’s not so important to celebrate this day.” And I wonder if really true or just a pretend to show off elderliness to others. Because they get the warm wishes from their family, friends and loved once their face would glow with its warmth. I have never seen anyone so far who had not enjoyed getting wishes from people around them that means it’s really a happy day of your life then why to hide this child like desire from bursting out on your face and in your every action. I hated my B’day as it falls in March. In school and college days this day would be either an exam day or summer vacation. So I hardly had a chance to really celebrate it like my other siblings.
